It isn’t an ML55 but a ML430 with an AMG bodykit (yes, it is armored and yes I know the fake badging is idiotic at best) but this is the best ML430 I’ve found in this god forsaken country and I dare say it doesn’t look bad.

My friend’s parents gave him their 2001 ML430 a few years ago. It still runs quite strong with almost 200k on the clock. A few minor issues such as one of the rear windows does not open, but... it still rides comfortable and drives well.

The only thing I know about these is there’s lots of room for 2 AM hookups behind New Jersey gas stations in the back seat.

Your only choice if you buy it is a JP conversion.
Anything less and you’re dead to me.

Can confirm. AMC parking lot in CA works as well.

That would be perfectly serviceable to be honest. The real early ML320s (1998 model year) had teething issues from being built in Alabama, but this looks as though it has aged well for being driven in Brazil.
If that is anything like what I experienced in Chile.

Price is good.
Car looks good.
Km are low.
Armored.
There must be something wrong here, I just don’t know what.

Damn dude. That’s only like 12 grand US. Seems like a good deal to me. Armored stuff is cool.

These are great. Water pumps, valve cover gaskets and transmission electrical connectors are biggest worries. If you get it, service the transmission right away. I frequently see these over 200k with hardly anything more than basic maintenance being done.
